COACHING AND MENTORING As a result of organizational changes, a number of people with responsibility for managing operational risks do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to function effectively in this role. Based on decades of collective experience in such roles in industry, Mechplus provides a coaching and mentoring service to individuals with direct responsibility for compliance with HSSE laws and corporate standards.
